Your offer

If the committee accepts you, we email you Your invitation to join, with a link to your private offer. Prices are never on the website: your offer is the only place you'll see yours.

What your offer shows​

The link asks you to log in, then shows:

  • your membership level and its price, annual or monthly, or that it's complimentary;
  • what it includes, such as full member profiles, messages, circles, events, introductions and perks;
  • how renewal works (below);
  • when the offer closes, usually seven days after we send it.

Only you can open your offer.

Paying​

Click Continue to payment, or Pay by card or Pay with PayPal when both are offered. You pay on PayPal's or our card provider's secure page; we never see your card details.

When you come back, the page confirms your payment, which usually takes a few seconds. If it takes longer, there's no need to pay again: we email you as soon as your membership is active.

A complimentary membership has nothing to pay: click Accept membership.

When you've joined​

Your membership starts straight away. We email you a welcome, with your renewal date, and your card provider or PayPal sends the receipt. Everything your membership includes opens up on the site: Go to your chapter.

Renewal​

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each year or month, as your offer says.

  • We email you before each renewal: 30 days before for an annual membership, 7 days before for a monthly one.
  • You can cancel at any time in Account › Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Monthly memberships paid by card can also pause for one to three months.

If your offer has closed​

Once the closing date passes, the page says the offer has closed. If you'd still like to join, write to our team at the address on the page, and we'll help.
